1. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous US, with an estimated delivery date of 3-10 days from the date of purchase. Certain items may have shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories at an additional cost.
Q: Can I get expedited or international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We ship exclusively within the U.S. using multiple fulfillment centers. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments, but you’ll receive tracking details for each package.
2. Inventory Tracking & Availability
Q: How do you handle out-of-stock items?
A: We carefully track our inventory across all locations to ensure items listed are genuinely in stock. If something runs out, we immediately mark it as unavailable so you can’t purchase it by mistake. If you have a specific out-of-stock product in mind, contact us at support@thepowersphere.com and we’ll prioritize restocking and notify you once it’s available.
3. Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Is there a restocking fee?
A: Unopened items in original packaging are not subject to a fee. Opened, non-defective items may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover repackaging and inspection costs.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Q: My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
A: Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund and provide a prepaid return label.

A: For incorrect items, contact us within 5 business days so we can correct the mistake. If your order never arrived or is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.
5. Exchanges
Q: Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
A: Absolutely. Once we receive the original item in acceptable condition, we can send out the replacement. In some cases, we may ship a new item right away, depending on availability.
