The Power Sphere is an online retailer of electronic products. This return policy outlines the process for returning items purchased from our store.

- 30-Day Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
B. Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or defective item).
We source products from a variety of distribution centers. The return address may vary. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions during the return process.
C. Product Conditions
- Unopened Items: Hassle-free returns for unopened products in original packaging. You can request a return within 30 calendar days for a refund.
- Opened Not Defective: If an item has been opened, it must be in resalable condition with all original accessories and packaging included.
- Never Arrived: Please contact us with your order details and we will investigate promptly. If confirmed lost, we will resend a product or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Product: Please contact us and we will resend the replacement or issue a full refund. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the incorrect product.
- Damaged Products: Please contact us if your product arrives damaged and include photos of the damage. We will either replace it or provide a prepaid return label for a return and full refund.
- Defective or Faulty Manufacturing: The Power Sphere provides a 30-day return window for defective items. For manufacturer warranty coverage, please contact the product manufacturer directly, as warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer.
- Ineligible Products: Items damaged through misuse, missing original components, or opened beyond the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
D. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after we receive the original product in acceptable condition. In certain cases, we may be able to send out a replacement before the return is received.
E. Return Process

- Order number
- Description of product
- Photos of the current condition
- Reason for return
We will promptly work with you to find a resolution. If a return is required, we will provide authorization, instructions, and shipping details.
Please wait for our return instructions before shipping your item to ensure it’s sent to the correct location.
Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method, as outlined in our Refund Policy below.
II. Refund Policy
If you are interested in a refund, please follow the Return Policy listed above first. Refunds will only be processed after we successfully process your return, including claims for all lost, damaged, or defective products.
A. Refund Amounts
- For unopened items, we refund the full purchase price less original shipping costs.
- Opened items will be refunded minus original shipping costs, as long as they are in resalable condition with original packaging and all components.
- If your item never arrived, you received an incorrect item, your item was damaged before delivery, or the item is defective or faulty, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs unless we provide a replacement product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
B. Processing Times
Once your return is approved, we will process the refund due within 5 business days. Our team will send you regular updates of your refund status.
Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days from the time your return is approved, though timing can vary by payment provider and financial institution.
