Shipping policy
At The Power Sphere, we understand that reliable, timely delivery is crucial for our customers. This policy outlines our shipping processes, inventory tracking, delivery timeframes, and what you can expect when ordering from us.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Most deliveries arrive within 3–10 business days from the purchase date, depending on your location, shipping method, and courier availability.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. In some cases, items may ship in multiple packages with separate tracking numbers.
Please Note: Some items are currently experiencing delays due to transit and/or customs processing. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, a few high-demand or low-stock items may take longer to arrive. We’re actively working to minimize delays by using U.S.-based warehouses whenever possible and staying in close contact with our fulfillment partners to keep your order moving.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous US. Certain items may have shipping available to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories at an additional cost. Contact us to inquire.
At this time, we do not offer international or expedited shipping.
Multiple Fulfillment Locations
The Power Sphere does not maintain a centralized warehouse. Instead, we work with a trusted network of suppliers and fulfillment partners to ship your items as efficiently as possible.
- Products may ship from various locations depending on supplier inventory.
- Your order may arrive in multiple shipments to speed up delivery.
- We do not personally handle or store inventory, which helps us keep prices competitive and reduce shipping times.
Inventory Tracking
Our store is synced with real-time inventory data provided by our suppliers. If an item becomes unavailable, the product listing will be updated or removed to prevent ordering.
Want to be notified when a product is back in stock? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to alert you once it’s available again.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an item begins processing, changes may not be possible.
Delivery Issues
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

- Unforeseen supply chain issues

Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening
- Document any product damage
- Contact us with your order details and photos
